01 Module Dead LED or Damaged LED
Causes:
Dead LED rate below 50 ppm is considered normal.
LED collision during installation or accidental damage during operation.
Maintenance:
- Replace the faulty module with a spare module.
- Upload the calibration data of the corresponding spare module from the U disk.
- Mark the repair reason and the exact coordinate position of the module on the large screen.
02 Module Color Stripe
Symptoms:
Abnormal vertical color stripes: overly bright, dim, always on, or abnormal red/green/blue color.
Causes:
Abnormal module chip, internal short circuit of one LED in the column, PCB circuit short circuit, or extrusion between modules.
Maintenance:
- Replace the faulty module with a spare module.
- Upload the calibration data of the corresponding spare module from the U disk.
- Mark the repair reason and the exact coordinate position of the module on the large screen.
03 Module Color Block / Color Stripe
Symptoms:
Rectangular or strip-shaped abnormal color area on the module.
Causes:
Abnormality of one IC on the module.
Maintenance:
- Replace the faulty module with a spare module.
- Upload the calibration data of the corresponding spare module from the U disk.
- Mark the repair reason and the exact coordinate position of the module on the large screen.
04 Module Without Calibration Data
Symptoms:
Screen distortion, mosaic pattern, whitish or grayish display by module unit.
Causes:
Calibration data not uploaded or lost for the module.
Maintenance:
- Re‑upload the calibration data for the module or upload the full‑screen calibration data.
- Temporarily disable calibration as an alternative.
05 Abnormal Module Signal / Power Connection
Symptoms:
Single module is black (no display) or incomplete display.
Causes:
Loose or abnormal connection of the 5V power cable or signal flat cable.
Maintenance:
Remove the module and reconnect the 5V power cable or flat cable securely.
