1. What files do I need to prepare for a quotation?

PCB:
Gerber files (RS274X, ODB++), DXF, PCB, PCBDOC, etc.

PCBA (PCB Assembly):
PCB files + BOM list + Pick & Place file (.txt) + sample image or 3D PDF.

PCB Layout:
Schematic diagram + PCB outline drawing.

PCB Design:
Share your requirements, and our team will evaluate feasibility.
2. Do you have a MOQ limit?
We have
no MOQ limit and can flexibly support both small-batch and mass production.
The minimum order quantity is
1 piece.
Generally, higher quantity leads to a lower unit price but longer lead time.
3. How do you protect my product information and design files?
We strictly protect your
IP & design confidentiality.
All customer files are
never shared with third parties.
We are willing to sign an NDA governed by your local law to ensure the highest level of data security.
4. How long is the lead time?
- Standard PCB samples: 1–7 days
- Small-batch production: 7–10 days
- Mass production: 12–25 days
For non-standard PCB & PCBA, please send your details to our email, and we will reply promptly.
5. What are your main PCB/PCBA applications?
Industrial control, automotive, medical equipment, communications, aviation, LED, etc.
6. How long does a quotation take?
- PCB quotation: within 0.5–2 hours
- PCBA quotation:
- Simple orders: within 6 hours
- Complex orders: within 12–36 hours
To speed up the quotation, please provide:
- Base material
- Board thickness
- Copper thickness
- Surface finish
- Solder mask color
- Silkscreen color
7. What about shipping cost?
We support
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DDU.
The default term is
FOB Shenzhen.
We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, air freight and sea freight.
Shipping cost depends on destination, weight and package size.
8. Do you accept customer-supplied materials?
Yes.
We can source components for you, and we also accept
customer-provided components.
