RO4350B hybrid PCB

It supplies substrates such as F4B composite material, PTFE (Teflon) boards, as well as high-frequency laminates from Rogers, Taconic and other well-known brands, together with standard FR4 and metal-based aluminum PCBs. Materials with dielectric constants ranging from 2.2 to 20 are available from stock, enabling fast and responsive prototype services for high-frequency and microwave PCBs.

High-Frequency PCB Processing Notes

Maxipcb supplies mainstream high-frequency PCB materials including the Rogers series, Taconic series, PTFE and Teflon-based microwave circuit boards.
Regular in-stock materials include Rogers 4000 series: RO4350B / RO4003C, with thicknesses of 0.254mm, 0.508mm and 0.762mm.
Lead times for materials not in stock will be confirmed with raw material suppliers. For materials available from inventory, the lead time is generally 1–5 working days.
All high-frequency substrates can be laminated and co-pressed with FR4 materials and prepregs. The Rogers 4000 series can be combined with FR4 and RO4350B prepregs to produce hybrid composite circuit boards, such as structures of 10mil RO4350B + 20mil RO4350B.
