6061 aluminum-based PCB adopts cold-forged aluminum alloy as the core substrate material, with magnesium and silicon as the major alloying elements. This alloy grade features medium structural strength, stable corrosion resistance, reliable weldability and excellent surface oxidation performance. It delivers favorable overall usability, optimized interfacial matching performance, convenient coating treatment and outstanding machinability. Beyond conventional industrial scenarios, it is also applicable to low-pressure equipment parts and aviation connecting components. The material boasts comprehensive superior properties: stable processing performance, qualified welding and electroplating adaptability, prominent corrosion resistance and high structural toughness. It maintains low deformation after precision machining with dense internal structure and zero material defects, and supports polishing, coloring film formation and anodizing treatment with ideal surface finishing effects. Thanks to high hardness indicators, it fully meets the manufacturing requirements of high-rigidity electronic structural products.
6061 aluminum PCB supplied under T6 temper owns balanced mechanical performance, including moderate strength, favorable ductility and excellent environmental corrosion resistance. It integrates reliable weldability and cold working adaptability, serving as a multi-functional alloy material with wide coverage and promising application potential. The substrate supports anodizing and enamel coating processes, and can be applied to architectural decorative materials. A small amount of copper is incorporated in the composition to achieve higher strength than 6063 aluminum alloy, while bringing increased quenching sensitivity. Air quenching cannot be realized after extrusion molding; standardized solution treatment plus quenching and aging processes are required to obtain upgraded mechanical strength.
