This product is a 2-layer halogen‑free (HF) antenna PCB. RF antenna circuits impose extremely tight dimensional tolerance requirements for high-frequency signal traces. For meander inverted-F antennas (MIFA), overall electrical length must be dynamically adjusted according to target radiation impedance and operating frequency. PCB core thickness is a critical parameter that directly defines antenna terminal size and bending dimension, serving as the core basis for MIFA structural parameter design.

High-Frequency Base Material Selection

Conventional standard FR-4 laminates exhibit poor dielectric stability and high signal loss under high-frequency conditions, making them unsuitable for high-performance antenna applications.
To ensure low loss, stable dielectric constant and excellent RF performance, antenna PCBs adopt professional high-frequency low-loss materials, including:
Rogers, Teflon, Arlon, Taconic, Nelco, FR5, Dupont and Isola series high-frequency substrates.
